Vinification Fermentation and maceration for 2 weeks in steel vat.
  Malolactic fermentation, maturing and aging 6 months in 
  traditional cement vat 15hl.
Alcohol 13,5 % vol.
Tasting notes Dark ruby-red colour. Intense aroma of red
